What the project form saves

When you submit a valid inquiry, the site saves the name, email address, company, website, project brief, services, plan, billing preference, budget, and timeframe you provide. It also creates a reference number and records when the inquiry was saved.

Optional fields can be left blank. Please keep sensitive personal information out of your project brief.

Where that information lives

Submissions are stored in a MySQL database hosted by Hostinger, separately from the public website files. When inquiry notifications are enabled, a copy of your project details is sent through Hostinger Mail to hello@designrpros.com for review. The site owner can access these records and messages through the hosting and email accounts. Your details are used to review and respond to your project request.

Submitting the form does not book an appointment, charge a payment method, or create a paid subscription. Plan selections simply help describe the project.

Payments

If you follow a Stripe payment link, Stripe handles checkout and processes the billing and payment details you provide. The DesignrPros website does not collect or store your card details. Payment and contact information available in Stripe is used to manage the service you purchase. The project inquiry form itself does not start a payment or subscription.

Cookies, fonts, and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies. The website’s fonts and images are served from this project rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

The inquiry endpoint saves the information described above. It does not add your IP address or browser details to the inquiry record. The hosting provider may process ordinary server access and error logs to operate and secure the website.

Keeping or deleting an inquiry

There is no automatic deletion schedule. Saved inquiries remain until the site owner removes them from the database and email inbox.

To request a correction or deletion, email hello@designrpros.com and include your inquiry reference and request. You can identify the inquiry using the reference shown after submission. This site does not provide an online account or a self-service deletion tool.

This note describes the features currently available. If scheduling, payment, or analytics services are added, this page will need to be updated to explain how they use your information.
