Everything that goes into your website, spelled out before we start.
This is the full bid: what's included in every DesignrPros project, what each division actually covers, and what it costs. No change orders you didn't sign off on, no vague "custom quote" — just a scope you can read start to finish.
The six divisions
Click any division to see exactly what's included. Every project draws from these six.
Your site gets a visual identity built from your business, your trade, and your actual customers — never a swapped-in theme. If you don't have a logo or brand colors yet, we develop those first so the site has something real to stand on.
Every design is reviewed with you at the wireframe stage, before development starts, so revisions stay cheap and fast.
- Brand discovery session & competitor review
- Logo design or refinement (if needed)
- Color palette, typography & visual system
- Custom page layouts — no theme templates
- Mobile-first responsive design, reviewed at 3 breakpoints
- Two rounds of design revisions included
We hand-build every site rather than assembling it from a page-builder plugin. That means faster load times, cleaner code, and a site that doesn't slow down as you add pages.
Built on a modern stack that's easy to host, easy to hand off, and easy for a future developer to pick up if you ever need one.
- Hand-coded, semantic HTML/CSS & modern framework build
- Content management system for self-editing
- Contact forms, booking widgets & quote requests
- Cross-browser & cross-device QA
- Core Web Vitals performance optimization
- Accessibility pass (WCAG 2.1 AA baseline)
Most of our clients live or die by "near me" searches. We build local SEO into the site's foundation instead of bolting it on after launch — structured data, service-area pages, and a Google Business Profile that actually connects to your site.
We won't promise a page-one ranking overnight — nobody honest can — but we will show you exactly what's being done and why.
- Local keyword research for your trade & service area
- On-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, header structure
- Schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, Review)
- Google Business Profile setup or optimization
- Service-area landing pages
- Monthly ranking & traffic report (optional add-on)
For retail, restaurants, and product-based businesses. We set up a storefront or ordering system that fits how you actually sell — pickup, delivery, catering, or shipped product — and connect it to a payment processor that gets funds into your account fast.
This division is scoped separately since not every business needs it — added as a line item, not baked into every package.
- Product catalog & inventory setup
- Online ordering / cart & checkout flow
- Payment processor integration (Stripe, Square, etc.)
- Order notifications & kitchen/fulfillment routing
- Tax & shipping or delivery-zone configuration
- Staff training on order management
Your site needs somewhere fast and reliable to live. We handle domain setup, hosting, SSL, and email routing so you're not stuck untangling a GoDaddy dashboard at 11pm.
If you already have hosting or a domain you want to keep, we'll work within it — this division just makes sure nothing gets missed at launch.
- Domain registration or transfer assistance
- Managed hosting on a modern, fast host
- SSL certificate & security headers
- Business email setup
- Automated daily backups
- Uptime monitoring & alerts
A website is closer to a piece of equipment than a one-time purchase — it needs upkeep. Our maintenance plans keep the software patched, the backups current, and someone available when you need a change made.
Month-to-month, no contract lock-in. Pause or cancel anytime after the first term.
- Software, plugin & security updates
- Uptime & performance monitoring
- Weekly backups with 30-day retention
- Small content edits (text, images, hours, pricing)
- Priority email & phone support
- Quarterly site health & SEO check-in

Questions from the field
Requests for information we hear most often, answered plainly.
How much does a website cost for a contractor or small business?
+Most projects fall between the Foundation and Standard Build packages, roughly $2,800–$7,500 depending on page count, custom features, and whether e-commerce or online ordering is involved. You get a fixed price after the Site Survey call, before any work begins.
How long does a website project take?
+Most sites launch in 4–6 weeks from kickoff. Simple one-page sites can move faster; e-commerce or custom web app builds typically run 6–10 weeks.
Do you work with businesses outside NYC and Long Island?
+Our core focus is NYC and Long Island because local SEO work depends on knowing the service areas, but we take on select projects outside the region on a case-by-case basis.
Will I be able to update the website myself after launch?
+Yes. Every site ships with a content management system and a walkthrough so you can update text, images, and basic pages without calling us. We're also available for anything beyond that.
What's included in ongoing maintenance?
+Software and security updates, uptime monitoring, backups, small content edits, and a direct line to us if anything breaks. Maintenance plans are month-to-month, no long-term contract required.
Do you build e-commerce and online ordering sites?
+Yes — from simple product catalogs to full checkout and online ordering systems for restaurants, delis, and retail, including integration with local payment processors.
