What we've actually built, and what it did for the business.
"As-built" drawings show what was actually constructed, not just what was planned. Same idea here — real client sites across NYC and Long Island, with the results they produced after launch.

Delgado Home Renovations
The Challenge
A 15-year-old renovation business was relying entirely on referrals and a Facebook page. No website meant losing bids to competitors who showed up first in local search — even with weaker portfolios.
The Approach
We built a project-gallery-first site organized by renovation type (kitchens, bathrooms, additions), with a quote-request flow short enough to complete from a phone, plus full local SEO setup across their service towns.
The Result
Ranked in the local map pack for "kitchen renovation" across three towns within four months, with quote requests now outpacing referrals for the first time in the business's history.

Inspection notes
What clients say after the punch list is done.
"They actually asked how our customers book jobs before designing anything. First agency that felt like they understood a contracting business."
"Site went live on schedule, phones started ringing that week. No monthly surprises, no jargon — just a straight answer every time we asked."
"We're a two-person shop. They handed us a site we can actually update ourselves, and it still looks better than places ten times our size."
Questions about our work
What prospective clients usually ask before hiring us.
Do you have experience in my trade or industry?
+Likely yes. Our client base is concentrated in construction and trades, home services, and local retail and food service across NYC and Long Island. If your exact trade isn't shown here, ask during the Site Survey call — we'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Can I see live examples of your work?
+Yes, we can share live client site links relevant to your industry during a call. Some sites shown here are illustrative case studies pending client approval to publish full details.
How do you measure results for a project?
+We track what actually matters to a small business: phone calls, quote-request submissions, booked appointments, or online orders, plus load time and local search visibility. We set a baseline before launch and report against it.
Do smaller businesses get the same quality of work as larger case studies?
+Yes. Every project runs through the same five-phase sequence and six-division scope regardless of size. A one-person landscaping business gets the same process as a multi-crew contractor.
